Last night I promised to fill you in on all the new products I have in the pipeline. So here goes...

I am eagerly waiting on a delivery of my first batch of bag tag. They will feature characters from WFY illustrations. They will be light weight, waterproof and a great little addition to your little one's backpack (or your own if you like :)).

You may have seen my Bedroom Door Signs, I have only 1 design at the moment but I have more designs coming. The product is light weight colourful and easy to hang with it's attached 3M wall mount. My daughter was extremely happy to see her own name on her bedroom door and I hope your kiddies will like them too.

Fun, bright and educational WFY Posters. My daughter requested them for her bedroom but I said later because she already has 3 WFY Illustrated prints, 2 of her own painted canvases and all of her drawings and gluing's that she does at kindy. Anyway there are more designs coming including colours, time, days of the week, times tables and a calendar. These posters are printed on tear proof paper so they should last for a while and brighten up learning.

A customer at the markets once asked me if my designs came on gift cards. At the time I hadn't done that so I have now added a collection of gift cards with, (of course) more designs coming. Currently there are 2 for valentines day and 1 happy birthday design available. They are printed on quality papers and supplied in a cello sleeve with a matching envelope.

Other products that I am yet to work on include, calendars, stamps, stickers, magnets, more colouring books, baby record books, wrapping paper, notebooks, iron-on transfers and a take-away colouring pack. I will also be revisiting my party products to include bunting and games in printable and pre-printed options.

So as you can see I have been very busy and I will continue to deliver you exciting and fun product for your kids. Please let me know what you think?

Little changes ahead for Who For You

I don't know where to start. I have decided to take Who For You from a hobbie to a small business. There is so much to think about and lots of paperwork to fill out. If anyone has any suggestions as to where I start and the best possible way to do it all please let me know.

Meanwhile I have been expanding my product range and I am happy to announce that I have lots of new products in the pipeline for you. Right now the bub is awake so I will fill you in later.

Handmade Christmas stuff

I've been very busy lately getting ready for Christmas. All of the shopping is completed and wrapped. The Tree looks beautiful (thanks to soph for the help). We have had the Santa photos and went into the city to see the Myer Christmas Windows. During my busy time I have also had time to do a few little handmade goodies for the season. So I thought I would share them with you. Hopefully there will be more time to create next year.

I have been using MadeIt to list my products for over 12 months now and I have only made 1 sale. The search features on the site are limited and make it very hard to narrow down what is being searched for, I think this is making it hard to find my products. I think I need to swap over to using Etsy.

Are you an online seller or shopper? If yes, which site do you use? Have you had more success with other sites?

Crafty Crayons

Works in progress:

Stock for the next Belle Bazaar Twilight Market (held at the Mt Gravatt Showgrounds on the 3rd of December)
Crafty crayons. A new product soon to be available from WFY, great for stocking fillers.
Christmas colouring books. Another new product, also great for stocking fillers.
A few logo designs (details will be released once they are complete).
New illustration themes: ballet, fairytale, dinosaurs and cars.

A change is as good as a holiday

What is the best way to inspire ones mind? Take it out of it's comfort zone and set it free to wander and frolic in a different world!

There is a saying that goes "A changes is as good as a holiday" I think I lived that saying last weekend. Ruby, myself and a friend and her baby girl, took a speedy jet down to fair

Melbourne town (where I used to live) and shopped ourselves into contempt exhaustion and happiness. I visited a few friends, ate some yummy food, spoiled myself with chocolate and bought some new clothes and shoes. I also completed a bit of my christmas shopping and bought some presents for Sophie and Gary. It was a very satisfying weekend.

So now I have a handful of photographs to share with you that capture the essence of the city of Melbourne and inspired my mind. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed my little getaway.

Welcome to my new blog

Hello everyone and welcome to the Who For You Studio.

Who For You began in March 2009 as a means to decorate my daughters bedroom. I started making Name Prints as gifts for birthdays, christenings and baby showers and my little collection of prints and gifts slowly grew from there.

The Who For You range has expanded to include name prints, decorating prints, colouring books, party invitations, party packs and photographic prints. I will soon be adding activity books, reward charts, baby books, novelty crayons and greeting cards to the collection.

While I try to keep up with the ever changing trends and fashions of in the children's market my biggest inspiration comes from the magical world of imagination and story telling. Who For You illustrations are fun and colourful yet subtle and interesting for children.
